1. The Fast Track for the high-achieving client. This client knows what he/she wants and is ready, willing and able to begin Coaching now.
+ 3 Sessions per month - 45 minutes each; includes interactive e-mail coaching in between telephone sessions
+ FREE Client Assessments included for moving you forward quicker and for maintaining your focus
+ Fast paced to reach your goal/special project quickly
+ Coach makes BIG & sometimes OUTRAGEOUS/FUN requests of this client
Coaching Fee: $500 per month
2. The Comfort Track for the evolving client. This client would rather take his/her time with the goal/project and take a slower path.
+ 2 Sessions per month - 45 minutes each
+ FREE Client Assessments included for moving forward and maintaining focus
+ Comfortable pace to reach your goal when you are ready
+ Coach makes comfortable Requests until you say, "I'm ready to speed it up."
Coaching Fee: $350 per month
3. The No-Stress Track for the client new to coaching who wants to learn more about themselves, make a few changes and have fun .
+ 1 Session per month - 45 to 60 minutes
+ One FREE Client Assessment included to bring your life into balance
+ Slower pace, life balance coaching, no particular goal in mind
+ Coach makes small requests for incremental life changes
Coaching Fee: $200 per month
